Mr. Pradeep Misra has proven track record of industry leadership and entrepreneurial abilities. Over the period of 30 years, he has built up and nurtured many institutions, steered companies to market leadership positions and played crucial roles in large scale infrastructure, real estate, construction and consultancy projects. His industrial leadership ability reflects in the key positions that he holds, some of which are –

2. Director in NMBPL: ​​​A leading Real Estate Developer & EPC firm

5. Chairman of REPL Sports:​​​Initiative to bring Sports in Everyday Life of Everyone

Mr. Misra founded REPL way back in 1992, when the new-age infrastructure growth of India was only in nascent stage. He could spot the necessity of integrated & professional consultancy firm in urban development & infrastructure domain. REPL is listed at NSE.

He has been actively involved in conceptualization and implementation strategy of multiple Smart Cities (Varanasi, Indore, Kanpur, Dehradun, Moradabad, Itanagar etc), Hi-tech Townships, PMAY and Real Estate projects (Residential, Commercial, Hospitality etc).

Major Achievements

He is also the member of academic board in Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET), Lucknow and member of executive council in Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU), Kanpur. He himself holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from IET, which gives him an edge in understanding the technicalities of infrastructure and real estate projects.

Mr. Misra has been recipient of many awards and honours conferred by industry bodies, including the prestigious award of ‘Economic Times Promising Entrepreneurs of India, 2016’, for leading disruptive change business mode

Brief professional highlights

Shakti is presently working as Joint Commissioner, Commercial Taxes and GST Lucknow. He is also a Master Trainer Of GST (Train Advocates, CAs, Tax Officers and Entrepreneurs and Traders about GST) and took several seminars and workshops on this. He previously was in UP state electricity board as Assistant Engineer. Before that he worked in BHEL and was selected in several PSUs and engineering services.

Major Achievements

Shakti served as a guest faculty in IET for 1 year. He is a red-one belt in Taekwondo and regularly goes to Vipassna.

Member III

Brief professional highlights

Sarthak Verma, is the Managing Director of “Sushma Hospital & Research Centre Pvt Ltd,” a 50-bed NABH-accredited multi-specialty hospital in Lucknow since 2008.

In 2023, he completed a one-year, on-campus “General Management Programme for Executives” at IIM Lucknow, where he graduated as the topper in his batch.

Sushma hospital was also designated as a Covid Hospital during the pandemic, with the government acknowledging and praising hospital’s work.

He achieved many educational milestones, such as being an NTSE scholar, scored 99.93 percentile in CAT 2007, and has also appeared in the UPSC CSE interview four times.

He was honored with an award by Deputy CM & Health Minister Mr. Brajesh Pathak for excellence in healthcare services.
